Die-struck silver band and platform or hand soldered, 2 1/4" tall.
The awesome #8 turquoise is 40 mm by 30 mm. With 12 dots bezel set.
Dating from the 1940s, very good original condition.
Interior of the silver is 5 1/2" plus 1" gap.
Marked sterling.
